SUBMISSIONS. You agree you are and shall remain solely responsible for the contents of any submissions you make, and you will not submit material that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive or obscene. You agree that you will not submit anything to the site that will violate any right of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy or other personal or proprietary right(s).
PAYMENT INFORMATION. We accept Visa and Master Card.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES. Sarah’s Coffee offers a Freshness Guarantee. If Sarah’s Coffee doesn’t meet your expectations in aroma, taste and quality, please contact us by e-mail: customerservice@sarahscoffee.com and we will replace your order or refund your purchase price in full.
ORDERING OPTIONS. You have the choice of using SARAHSCOFFEE.COM to place your order and receive your purchase at the stated product cost plus sales tax if applicable, plus shipping and handling cost delivered to your residence or business. If you choose to take advantage of our live customer service agent to assist you in placing your order via our toll free number 877-41-SARAH (877-417-2724) then Sarah’s Coffee, LLC reserves the right to charge an additional $2.50 order processing charge to each order assisted by our live customer service agent.
SHIPPING METHODS. All standard shipment orders placed online will be sent via the US Postal System. Please allow 10 days for delivery of standard shipment orders. All orders of in-stock merchandise are shipped the next business day. Please add your shipping charges based on your total purchase amount. To ensure quality, certain food items may be shipped separately. Some basket items may be substituted with similar items of equal value, when required. Prices are subject to change. Shipments to AK, HI and U.S. Territories will be delivered by USPS Priority Mail.
SHIPPING RATES. Shipping rates are determined by using the information provided by the US Postal Service website. All packages are shipped from the 32095 zip code.
STATE SALES TAX GUIDE. By law we are required to collect applicable sales taxes on most non-food items in AZ, CA, FL, IL, NJ, NY, PA, TX, and WV. This calculation will be completed by our system after you have entered your shipping information for each order and will be displayed in the Checkout Process.

SARAH’S COFFEE, LLC AND SARAHSCOFFEE.COM WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR INJURY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, CAUSED BY ANY FAILURE OF PERFORMANCE, ERROR, OMISSION, INTERRUPTION, DEFECT, DELAY IN OPERATION OR TRANSMISSION, COMPUTER VIRUS, OR LINE FAILURE. SARAH’S COFFEE, LLC AND SARAHSCOFFEE.COM WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR INJURY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, RESULTING FROM THE USE OF, OR THE INABILITY TO USE, THE MATERIALS IN THIS SITE, EVEN IF THERE IS NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART SARAH’S COFFEE, LLC, SARAHSCOFFEE.COM, OR AN AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE OF SUCH. TERMINATION. This agreement is effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate the agreement at any time by destroying all materials obtained from SARAHSCOFFEE.COM, along with all related documentation and all copies and installations (together, the "Materials"). SARAH’S COFFEE, LLC may terminate the agreement at any time and without notice to you if, in its sole judgment, you breach any term or condition of this agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all Materials.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY. All products displayed on this site will be delivered only within the United States. All prices displayed on the site are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective only in the United States. SARAH’S COFFEE, LLC and SARAHSCOFFEE.COM reserves the right without prior notice to discontinue or change specifications on products and services offered on this site without incurring any obligations.
JURISDICTION. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state and federal courts of the State of Florida. Sarah’s Coffee.
